By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund terms.Subscription FeesAll subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing period and are non-refundable once charged.If a subscription is canceled, service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months or unused time.Pause PlanSubscribers may switch to the Pause Plan at any time. Pause Plan charges are non-refundable once billed. While paused, message delivery and automation features are temporarily disabled until the subscription is reactivated.Setup FeesAny one-time setup, onboarding, or configuration fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Setup fees compensate for time spent configuring integrations, automation workflows, and system deployment.Failed PaymentsIf a payment fails, service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. If you already have a form, we can connect it as long as it includes proper SMS consent language.If not, we can help you implement compliant language.Is this compliant with SMS regulations?Yes.
